She specialises in advising entrepreneurs from the medical and pharmaceutical industries and in comprehensive advisory for investors from the waste management industry.
She deals with ongoing corporate services for entrepreneurs, consultancy in the field of public procurement law and support for investors in administrative and court-administrative proceedings.
As part of several years of practice in law firms, she gained experience in the field of civil and administrative proceedings. Multiple scholarship holder of the Rector of UMCS in Lublin for the best students (2015, 2016, 2017). Co-author of a monograph in the field of family law (2017), winner of the 1st place in the XLVI Environmental Crasher Competition organized by the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (2018) and a finalist of the 22nd Polish National Criminal Competition of Joanna Agacka-Indecka in Poznań (2018).
Agnieszka Herman is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Lublin, a graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and a participant in postgraduate studies in public procurement at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
