Advocate
Advocate, providing legal advice to entities operating in regulated sectors, in particular the medical devices, pharmaceutical, and pharmacy industries, as well as handling dispute proceedings.
He advises businesses on their day-to-day operations, both with regard to general requirements of commercial law and specific sectoral regulations.
He has also been involved in academic work: he taught at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, participated in research projects conducted at the Chair of Legal Theory and the Chair of Constitutional Law, financed by the National Science Centre. His doctoral dissertation in the field of legal philosophy, concerning legal interpretation and justification, received an award in the European Award for Legal Theory competition in 2020.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where he also completed the American Law School, conducted in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He also studied law at the University of Aberdeen and philosophy within the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities program at the Jagiellonian University.
