Adrian Sypnicki, PhD

Attorney-at-Law specializing in legal advisory services in the field of administrative law related to construction investments (including real estate law, construction law, and spatial planning law) as well as environmental law, with particular emphasis on obtaining administrative decisions and permits.
He has extensive experience in administrative and administrative court proceedings, including cases before the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in due diligence processes conducted as part of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, legislative advisory, and corporate environmental compliance audits. He works with clients from, among others, the construction sector, waste management industry, and municipal enterprises.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2013 and completed doctoral studies at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in 2018. He was admitted to the list of Attorneys-at-Law in 2019. He is also a lecturer at the European School of Law and Administration.
