Justyna Czarnota
Junior Associate
Justyna mainly deals with matters related to public procurement, environmental protection and pharmaceutical law.
Before joining the TJSP team, she worked in international and Polish law firms. During her studies, she worked as a pro bono consultant at the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw.
She was involved, inter alia, in:
- developing a privacy policy and regulations as well as assessing the legality of the activity of an online store selling medical devices;
- assessment of compliance of marketing activities with the provisions of pharmaceutical law;
- assessment of the conditions of public procurement procedures;
- legal audit of conducted public procurement;
- preparation of legal opinions in the field of environmental and waste law.
In 2021, she obtained a master's degree in law at the University of Warsaw, defending a very good master's thesis entitled "Marketing authorisation for medicinal products". In the same year, she passed the entrance examination for the legal adviser apprenticeship. She attended the law school at Uppsala University.
Justyna speaks English and Swedish.
