She provides day-to-day services to companies from the Life Science sector, supporting clients in their daily activities and conducting training courses for them.
She mainly specialises in contract law, advertising of sensitive products, clinical trials as well as compliance consulting.
Before joining TJSP, she gained experience both as a lawyer in a reputable law firm in the pharmaceutical law team and as an in-house lawyer (including during a secondment in a Big Pharma company). She is the author of publications related to clinical trials law.
She works in Polish and English and she also knows French.
Magdalena is a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and an Erasmus scholarship holder at the University of Orleans in France.
