Marta provides services to companies in the field of life science in the broad sense. The scope of her activities includes issues related to contract law in trade, medical devices and public procurement law. She is involved in a project regarding contract optimisation of one of the largest manufacturers of medical devices.
She gained her experience in law firms and state institutions, where the main subject of her activities was assistance in providing legal services to companies and assistance in the creation of spin-off companies.
Legal trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. A graduate of Comparative Law School at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Speaker and co-organizer of numerous scientific conferences in the field of medical law, intellectual property law and criminal law.
