Amendments to the law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens [download the material]

On 15 April 2022 the amendments to the Act on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine in Connection with the Armed Conflict on the Territory of Ukraine entered into force. Its provisions applies retroactively from February 24, 2022.

The Act clarifies, among others, the rules of access of Ukrainian citizens to medical care, assigning a PESEL number and registration, as well as defines the way of distributing medicinal products intended for humanitarian aid.
