Attorney-at-Law, providing legal services to both individual clients and entrepreneurs in matters concerning civil and commercial disputes, as well as advising businesses engaged in waste management.
On a daily basis, he represents clients in commercial, administrative, and administrative court proceedings, particularly in cases involving the pursuit of monetary claims, contractual liability, damages, as well as matters concerning the operation of businesses in their relations with public administration authorities, with particular emphasis on environmental protection issues.
Paweł is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
